Leveraging Partnerships for Greater Impact

Each year, the Community Partnership Award honors nonprofit organizations that leverage partnerships with public and private organizations in order to scale their transformative solutions to critical social challenges, within their communities and beyond.

The 2024 award winners were selected from a competitive pool of more than 1,400 programs that participated in the application process. Together, they represent a wide variety of innovative, results-oriented organizations that are driving measurable change in their communities. They join a growing list of Community Partnership Award winners that are forging new pathways to healthier, more equitable communities for all.

Since its inception, the Community Partnership Award has recognized 268 partnerships from cities and towns across America.

The 2024 Community Partnership Award–winning programs exemplify the spirit of partnership and innovation that drives meaningful change in communities across the country. Their work is transformative for the individuals and families they serve and a model for how sectors can come together to create beneficial change.”
